Amber was a life saver as she was able to get all our groceries when we arrived. She communicated with us for 3 weeks prior in order to ensure we were happy and knew how to place our extensive food order. I am not the best with technology but Amber was patient and kind. She went far and beyond in that she allowed me to have a walker delivered to her as my mom is 90 and would require one. It was so nice not to have to go to the grocery and deal with the crowds after our long drive. We will definitely use her service again when we return to AMI. We contacted Amber for grocery delivery twice during our week long AMI family reunion. Shopping on the island can be a burden so this was a nice reprieve for us. Amber made the start to our trip to Anna Maria Island, from Louisiana amazing and so easy! We traveled with 3 small children, arrived to the island after 10pm, FROM DISNEY WORLD! My husband had a cold beer waiting for him in the refrigerator. The kids had their breakfast and juice ready to go in the morning, we packed lunches and spent the day on the beach. We skipped the Publix rat race and dove right into our relaxing beach vacation. Amber explained the process via text. She answered any questions I had, promptly and detailed. She sent photos of the stocked refrigerator and pantry before she left the rental. I was even comfortable enough to kindly ask her to knock the air conditioning down before she left, so we also arrived to a cold home. Our trip to AMI was wonderful. We’ll be using Amber and her shopping/stocking services again!
